Dr. Perricone believes that there are 5 things that we do wrong with our skin. They are sun exposure, pro inflammatory diet, smoking, lack of sleep and excessive alcohol consumption. Sugar is a no-no, by eating Salmon, dark green salads and a mixture of berries for dessert can improve your skin in just 3 days.
